Damages and Issues At Thames & Tails, we want to ensure you and your pet have the best experience. We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or a refund for damaged goods.

How to request a refund or return:

Please send an email to support.thamestails@gmail.com and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once we receive your email, our team will review your request and get back to you promptly with the next steps to resolve the issue.
